About
Hello, my name is Michael Kniseley. I am a former Soldier, Gulf War Veteran, seasoned entrepreneur, and expert in business development, marketing, management, and training. In the employment of my earned skill-sets and overall capability, I embrace the pioneering spirit of my late ancestor Kit Carson, the legendary 19th-century frontiersman, scout, and U.S. Army General who was instrumental in the Westward expansion and exploration of what came to be the United States of America.

Founder - Michael Kniseley at the Guardian Centers Military Operations Urban Terrain (MOUT) and CQB training site in Perry Georgia.
Our primary area of expertise and focus is providing strategic business development and marketing services for the purpose of defense contracting, with a specific focus on Title 22 authorized Security Assistance funding via Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) programs such as Foreign Military Sales (FMS). This work supports U.S. national security policies and objectives, with a particular emphasis on training and equipping the warfighters of partner nations. Security Assistance also enhances interoperability between partner nation capabilities, as well as enhancing their readiness, combat power, and effectiveness.Early on in my professional life, my ability to train and lead others was first recognized during my initial U.S. Army One Station Unit Training (OSUT), where I was selected as the Distinguished Honor Graduate of my training battalion. Then, shortly after returning from my first deployment, I was selected for Soldier of the Year as a result of my contribution to unit training and retention goals. These humble and early achievements became thematic throughout the course of my career, and after serving for several deployments as a Military Police Soldier during the Gulf War and as a Special Reaction Team (SRT) member, it was time to transition to being a civilian. In the private sector, I eventually found myself leading others as a business owner over the course of many ventures and several decades. There are three factors that underscore my achievements: a well-developed work ethic, a thirst for knowledge, and a knack for the development and application of creative solutions. It is often true that something cannot be better until it is, in fact, different. Moreover, I assert with supreme confidence that inspirational leadership, effective communication, and proper training are the foundational pillars of achieving mission success, regardless of the industry, goals, or objectives.
Today, I enjoy training individuals and groups, as well as providing strategic business development and management services for firms. In conjunction with an extended team of trusted partners, I am happy to share my unique blend of business expertise with start-ups, new market entrants, and firms that are simply seeking someone who not only has fundamental competencies but innovative approaches to solving challenges by applying skills derived from entrepreneurial success, tested tactics, education, and lessons learned in marketing, business development, and military service.
